池邉祥子服飾研究室は現代における人間と衣服の関係を見つめながら、
衣服制作や古い衣服の収集といった様々なプロジェクトを行っています。
私たち人間にとって身近な衣服の在り方を再考し、提案することによって、
日々の生活や生き方をよりよいものにしていくことを目指しています。

Constantly contemplating the relationship between people and clothing in contemporary life, Shoko Ikebe Costume Laboratory is engaged in various projects for production of apparel and collection of vintage apparel. Items of apparel are literally and figuratively close to all human beings. We aspire to make the everyday activities and lifestyles of people more fulfilling by reconsidering approaches to apparel and proposing new ideas in dress.
